Itinerary

Depart the hotel between 7:30 and 8:30am for a drive to the jetty in order to board a two-masted, wooden junk that is as charming as she is comfortable. The yacht is equipped with bathrooms, a dining area and sun loungers dotted around the deck.

Set sail for Ang Thong Marine Sanctuary, established in 1980. The sanctuary covers 80% of the archipelago with only Koh Paluay being inhabited by a sea gypsy community. Cruise amongst towering limestone karsts and secluded islands, offering plenty of opportunities to capture some amazing photos.

Enjoy a light breakfast, including coffee and tea, while sailing.  Fresh fruit and light snacks will also be available throughout the day.

Stop at Wua Talap, which offers the best viewpoints in all of Ang Thong Marine Sanctuary.  A short, yet vigorous, hike takes you to six viewpoints.  You’ll also have time to spend at the beach and sunbathing on Wua Talap.

Afterwards, head to the island of Mae Koh to explore Emerald Lake, known locally as Talay Nai.  Head up a staircase that ends in a platform offering spectacular views of the land-locked salt water lake.

Take a break for lunch which is served onboard.

Once back on the boat, continue to sail around the islands enjoying the warm sea breezes and stunning landscapes.

Return to the jetty for the return transfer to the hotel, arriving around 19:00.
